Return Policies
Basic Pump Return
Should choose to return a pump purchased through Winston Marketing,
Inc for reason other than repair or exchange, you will be charge a
20% restocking fee If you have any questions or comments, please feel
free to contact us.
In Warranty Pump Return
If for any reason a problem should occur with a pump you have purchased
through Winston Marketing, Inc. call our main office and one of our
representatives will be happy to assist you. Winston Marketing will
send a UPS call tag to pick up defective pump. When pump is received
we will repair or exchange at no charge providing pump is in warranty.
Please note: original pump must be returned. If pump is not returned
we will have to charge for a second pump and shipping & handling
cost of second pump. ILLINOIS residents will also be charged 8.75%
sales tax.

Out of Warranty Pump Return
If you a problem should arise with a pump you purchased through Winston
Marketing and the pump is out of warranty, you can choose from any
of the three options below:
Purchase one of the service kits that we provide for the pumps. The
service kits include easy to understand instructions and there are
no special tools needed. All service kits have genuine OEM parts necessary
to service pump in emergency situations. You can order a service kit
by calling (877) 632-1650 or purchase the kit online through our website.
You can ship the pump back to Winston Marketing, Inc. for repair. Customer
does pay for shipping to and from Winston Marketing when a pump is
out of warranty. Customer would ship the pump to:

Your third option would be to order a new pump. Most pumps can be
repaired with either using the service kits provided or by sending
the pump back for repair.
